Job Summary

Daily operations include assisting lab patrons, enforcing lab policies, basic equipment maintenance, ensuring cleanliness, and functionality, problem reporting, and providing 1st level support for the IT Service Desk when needed. Projects may be assigned from time to time ranging from inventory, cleaning classroom technology, installing computers or computer components, and other duties as assigned.
Preferred computer and customer service experience.

Required Qualification

- Must be a CLC student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for fall.
