Job Summary

Student worker works with JLC front office and marketing office on support of daily office tasks and clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, data entry, typing correspondence, and completion of general office department tasks as needed.

Required Qualification

- Must be a CLC student enrolled in a minimum of six (6) college credit hours
- Must provide an Financial Aid Award Verification to be considered for this position
- Attach an availability schedule with application
-AOS students encouraged to apply
- Previous data entry or clerical experience
- General keyboarding skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions and also work independently

Desired Qualifications

familiar with working and using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
AOS student a plus
Good customer service skills
