Job Summary

Student worker will convert book text into an alternative digital format, utilizing computers as the primary tool. The student worker also may assist in video captioning and perform various clerical duties. This position provides support to the OSD media conversion technician.

Required Qualification

- Must be a CLC student enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours for Fall 2017
- Must provide an Financial Aid Award Verification to be considered for this position
- Must have excellent communication and human interaction skills
-Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Computer knowledge

Desired Qualifications

- Ability to type 50 wpm

Pay Rate $8.25
Location Grayslake
Total Hours per week up to 20
Work Schedule

Flexible. Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. – no more than 20 hours per week. Selected students may start as early as the beginning of the semester (August 21) and must stop working by the last day of the semester (December 15).
